Why this animal
The lion is the totem of sovereignty: that strength which imposes nothing yet commands respect the moment it enters. Le Solaire settles that solar authority in your home, a presence that fills the wall as a sun fills a room. Camille painted it for the one who reigns over their own life without ever raising their voice.
Le Solaire is a monumental piece: a lion surges in an attacking stance, jaws open, mane ablaze with solar golds, amber and fire red crossed by a few shards of midnight blue. The light seems to be born from the animal itself.
This is not a rectangular painting: it is an Isorel panel cut to the exact silhouette of the lion, a wall relief 2.5 to 3.5 cm thick that stands out from the wall. The acrylic palette knife lays down dense impastos, a living material that catches the light differently depending on the angle, the way you move in front of the surface of a sculpture.
The lion is the totem of sovereignty and courage, that strength which does not impose itself but naturally commands respect. A unique piece, entirely hand-painted and signed by Camille, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity. No reproduction exists.
