Why this animal

The buffalo is the totem of rootedness, and L'Incarnat lends it a fleshly intensity: strength brought back to its most living part, almost pulsing. On your wall, it imposes a full, dense presence that leaves no one indifferent. Camille painted it for the one who owns a strength fully embodied.

L'Incarnat works in reds, magentas and purples: a fleshy, intense buffalo head, almost charcoal at the edges, vibrant at its centre.

Like the whole series, it is an Isorel panel cut to the silhouette of the head and horns, a wall relief worked with the knife. The buffalo is the totem of resilience and rootedness. A unique piece signed Camille, with certificate of authenticity.
